A recent sensitivity study has shown that the $^{35}$K$(p,\gamma)^{36}$Ca reaction is one of ten $(p,\gamma)$ rates could significantly impact shape calculated X-ray burst light curve. In this work, we propose to reinvestigate rate, as well related uncertainties, by determining energies and decay branching ratios $^{36}$Ca levels, within Gamow window, in 0.5 2 GK temperature range. These properties were studied using neutron pick-up transfer $^{37}$Ca$(p,d)^{36}$Ca inverse kinematics a radioactive beam $^{37}$Ca at 48 MeV nucleon$^{-1}$.
